Mr. MacSorley, Senior Partner and Founder, brings to the company his experience of over 20 years recruiting in the insurance industry. Prior to his affiliation with Michaels, Martin & Donley, Mr. MacSorley was Senior Vice President of Marketing for, and assisted in the design and the start up of, Insurance Connections!, the first fully interactive site on the Internet serving the insurance industry. Prior to this, Mr. MacSorley had founded and operated a recruiting firm dedicated to the recruitment of insurance professionals world wide. Within this organization he had recruited, hired and trained over 20 recruiters and amassed a data base of over 6,000 professionals.

In 1975, Mr. MacSorley was hired by Management Recruiters, Inc. in their Washington, DC office to establish the insurance recruiting department. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Mr. MacSorley received numerous national awards in the design and sale of micrographic systems first for Eastman Kodak and then for the 3M companies. Mr. MacSorley's educational background includes a Marketing degree from the University of Delaware and graduate studies in International Marketing at American University.

Linda Wilson brings to the company over 16 years experience in Human Resources, management and recruiting. Prior to her affiliation with Michaels, Martin & Donley, Ms. Wilson was the Director of Research for an International Retained Executive Search firm. Previously, Ms. Wilson was the Regional Manager for an International Staffing firm. Her responsibilities ranged from budget and profit responsibilities to the recruitment of financial and investment professionals for Baltimore and Washington area.

Mr.Cosgrave, Director of the Hartford office, brings to the company over 25 years experience in Human Resources and recruiting in the Financial and Insurance industries. Prior to his affiliation with Michaels, Martin & Donley, Mr. Cosgrave was managing principal of an executive search firm whose clientele consisted of a variety of financial services firms including commercial banks, thrifts, investment banks and insurance companies. Previously, Mr. Cosgrave was the director of Organization and Field Staffing for The Hartford Insurance Group, ITT, and was responsible for all corporate reorganizations and Human Resource requirements in the 38 field offices.

Prior to his position with The Hartford Insurance Group, Mr. Cosgrave was Vice President of Professional Staffing for Shawmut National Bank in Hartford, CT. Mr. Cosgrave's initial experience in the insurance industry began in 1972 with the Aetna Life & Casualty insurance company. During his tenure with the Aetna, Mr. Cosgrave responsibilities ranged from the recruitment of investment professionals for the company to working with the state of Connecticut in the rewriting of laws regulating the insurance industry.

Mr. Cosgrave is an honors graduate of Yale University.
